Whether you are staying here on your own, as a couple, family or group you can enjoy the on site facilities.
Our wooden shelter is a great space to gather with others to craft, play games and eat, or to grab a book and curl up on the futon to read by yourself. The dresser contains board games, activities and books, a map showing local places to visit and copies of maps and leaflets. There is bench seating around the sides and plastic chairs which can be brought inside too.
Our Younger Guests
We love to see children outside and enjoying the fresh air. We also love to see the parents relaxing as we know that holidaying with children can be anything but a calm experience!
We have some highchairs and we also have some games and activities in the communal shelter to hopefully keep them amused!
The Bathrooms
Bathrooms can make or break a holiday – we know – we have experienced amazing bathrooms, and ones we dreaded to use!
We have 2 bathrooms which are light, spacious and clean. We often get the comment that the bathrooms are bigger than those people have at home and indeed they are bigger than our own! The bathrooms are designated male/female and the third toilet is unisex.
Each has an electric shower, flushing toilet, sink with hot and cold water, a hairdryer and full length mirrors. Just because you are on holiday – doesn’t mean you don’t want to check you look good right?
With multiple shelves for your toilet bags, hooks for your clothes and a rack for drying towels either inside or outside, we think you will really enjoy using your bathroom!
Hand soap, hand towels and toilet rolls are provided.
We ask that guests be considerate to others and don’t spend ages in the bathrooms – nice as they are – as they are a shared facility.

✓ Pets: We do welcome dogs (max 2 dogs per pitch)
✓ Children: All ages welcome, but please supervise
✓ WiFi is not provided but mobile data is good
✓ There are electric sockets in the kitchen room for charging devices
✓ The tent camping is for adults walking local trails. We are not a ‘leisure campsite’ as we have limited facilities shared between campers and vanners.
Additional info
We have very free-range chickens and are surrounded by farms with sheep and other animals. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times if not inside the paddock.
We do not permit smoking/vaping in or around the yurts or the communal spaces. You can sit on the pews in the car park to smoke, a sand bin can be provided.
Noise: We make no claims that our site is ever silent. Please be aware that the countryside can be noisy with farm vehicles and animal noises, plus passing traffic. At night you may hear owls, pheasants, cows and ducks (from the farm next door) – we can not prevent this but do stock earplugs!
Our site is alongside Kingcombe Lane, a B road than can be busy at key times. There may be noise from traffic entering/leaving Chipping Campden in the night.
